Quilt Block of the Month

Once a month sisters of our ward gather around Alice Cowley's kitchen table for "Quilt Block of the Month." Alice is our expert quilter, and has been willing to share her talents with anyone willing to learn. She's fabulous. Thanks Alice!!

I Went To A Garden Party....

Dinner....

We visited Mary Laine's fabulous yard. She plants a little bit of everything.
(Mary and Barbara Dehart, both avid gardners)

Graciously giving away her produce, and many plants that she grew from seed.

Mary knows the name of every plant....(anyway, it seems that way) She's happiest in her garden, and enjoys walking people through it! I'm sure she'd love it if you stopped by.

While visiting gardens, taking notes was especially helpful. There are so many varieties of flowers, it's impossible to remember.
